La Sirène welcomes you to a warm, rustic setting in which Napeleon III chose to take lunch in 1870 after the battle of Gravelotte. In 1916, the Crown Prince set up his headquarters here. Fully-renovated rooms with all mod cons, telephone, television, etc... Our restaurant serves varied traditional cuisine. Depending on the season, try our fresh mushroom fricassée, home-made foie gras with white Port jelly, fresh fish, as well as a range of sweet & savoury dishes, the recipes of which are a closely guarded secret of our chef, e.g. braised ham with peaches, hot goat's milk cheese with acacia honey, roast veal with local mirabelle plums ...
