L'Etable Gourmande

In an old building that had been left uninhabited for several years, we decided to create our hotel-restaurant "L’Etable Gourmande", its name being a homage to the old feeding rack in Vosges sandstone. We are located very close to the forest, on the road to the crystal works of Vallerysthal and earthenware factories of Niderviller. RESTAURANT This friendly country inn is in a quaint house and is run by a charming couple. The place has oodles of charm with a dining room set under a canopy overlooking the kitchen, which only seats 16 guests. It obviously makes for an intimate atmosphere, and you'll relish the menu of original dishes that make the most of carefully selected produce. The dishes are creatively presented, tickling your taste buds with spot-on tastes and freshness you can only warm to. And let’s not forget the welcome: smiling and pleasant, just like the service provided by the family team. The Chef’s wife is the wine waiter, and the wine list is a boon for those who like to indulge in this way.
