It is definitely an ideal setting for the Chef’s seasonal cuisine, which you can enjoy in the summer dining room which opens onto the park, or in the stylish winter lounge with its beams and impressive fireplace. The neo-classical, refined take on cuisine makes the most of local produce and noble fare (lobster, foie gras etc.). It is crafted by a true enthusiast who goes out of his way to prepare each of his creations to the same exacting standards. Here, everything is home-made, including the bread. The dishes are tastefully presented, highlighting flavoursome produce of impeccable quality, like the "Maine farmer’s brand beef steak" cooked to perfection and topped off with a creamy, tasty sauce, the sign of true expertise.
